Tuition Refund Policy

Change in enrollment plans

If you have registered for a class and know you will not be attending, you must drop the class on or before the first day of the term to avoid being charged tuition and fees. All fees are nonrefundable after the drop/add period.

Note: Students who do not pay their bill in a timely manner will have their registration cancelled.*

Course withdrawal

After the first day of class for the term, you may withdraw from courses and qualify for a partial refund in accordance with the published tuition-refund schedule.

*Failure to properly withdraw

If you have registered for a class but simply fail to attend, you will be assessed - and be responsible for paying - a nonrefundable $250 fee per course because you did not officially drop/withdraw from the class. If you do not plan to take the class, make sure you follow the proper procedures for withdrawing. Do not rely on the nonpayment cancellation to withdraw your registration without penalty.
