How Do I Pay?

Payment Requirements
Methods Requirements
In Person or By Mail Visiting students applying in person or by mail must submit full payment of tuition and fees at the time of application and registration.
On-line Visiting students applying on-line will be notified by a confirmation email when they are registered. Students are not registered until they receive this confirmation. Visiting students will be given 5 business days to pay for their course(s) after the SS office sends them the confirmation. All students who do not submit payment for classes within the 5 business days will be dropped for non-payment.

  • Credit card (Visa, MasterCard, Discover only) or e-check
  • $30 nonrefundable convenience fee per session for credit card payments
  • Full payment for tuition and fees due within 5 business days from the confirmation email sent after registration
Mail-In Application/Registration
  • Paper check only
  • Payable to the College of Charleston
  • Full payment for tuition and fees must be included with the application and registration forms
In Person at Summer School's Office Application/Registration
  • Paper check only
  • Payable to the College of Charleston
  • Full payment for tuition and fees must be submitted with the application/registration forms
In Person at Treasurer's Office Application/Registration
  • Credit card (Visa, MasterCard, Discover only)
  • Credit cards swiped at the Treasurer’s Office will not be assessed the $30 convenience fee
  • Full payment for tuition and fees due at the time of registration
